Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact me before the 14-day period expires:

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once your order has been dispatched, the 14-day withdrawal period applies.

Returns

After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the items within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition. 

Refunds

You are required to cover the cost of sending items back. Once I receive your returned items, I will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exclusions

Please note that personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal, as they are made to your specifications and cannot be resold.
